SCI Hope Fund Mission

The mission of the SCI Hope Fund is to provide independence and quality of life through financial grants to individuals with spinal cord injuries.

SCI Hope was founded in 2009 to assist individuals with spinal cord injuries. The fund was inspired by the experiences of John Wassen from Brownsburg, Indiana.

Can you help? As SCI Hope continues to grow, the number of grant applications is rising. As you may know, the next SCI Hope fundraising event is not until May 12, 2012. If you are in a position to give a one-time gift or sign up to provide a monthly gift during our Five Months to Fund Blitz (November 2011 through March 2012) , we would welcome your help.

SCI Hope Celebration Event
Saturday, May 12th, 2012 - Primo in Plainfield, Indiana

Our speaker will be Sam Schmidt, owner of Schmidt MotorSports and founder of the Sam Schmidt Paralysis Foundation. See samschmidt.org for details of Sam’s story.

Past speakers include Angela Ganote of FOX 59, Ben Utecht, former Indianapolis Colt and Basketball Coach Brad Stevens of Butler University.
